Replace & Refund Policy

1. QUALITY ASSURANCE

1.1.    Your produce is delivered from Penampang area, freshly harvested and packed on the same day. Every vegetable head will be inspected carefully for freshness before and after packaging to ensure that you receive your orders in the best condition.

1.2.    Normally all deliveries are expected to be completed within 5 working hours but we will try our best to deliver to you ASAP. In any situation where there is unforeseen weather or road conditions, we will inform you and delay the delivery for the next day.


2. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

2.1.    All purchases including subscription payments are non-refundable. Farm-In does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled order or subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or upgrade/downgrade refunds.

2.2.    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please kindly contact us at farminplt@gmail.com or this number +6016-3314271 so we can help you.

  • Step 1: Email us with your order number and address, and photos of your whole order, highlighting the parts that are incorrect / unsatisfactory. Do this within the first 5 hours of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: We will reply your email within 1 working day to find out more about your order and offer you a solution.
  • Step 3: Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement with free delivery in the next weekly order.
  • Step 4: Should the item be out of stock we will replace with any vegetable of your choice available for that week.

2.3.    You may request for a replacement for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect order
  • items damaged during delivery
  • produce has rotting parts
