Fan Bak Choy / 扇叶白菜 / Sawi Putih / 청경채

Bunches of Bok Choy. Newly developed in Taiwan, this variety has tender green leaves with frilled edges. Both the stems and leaves bear a similar, succulent consistency, is predominantly used in soup or lightly stir fry.

• Net weight : 250-300g (per head)
• Flavour profile :sweet, slightly peppery flavour.
• Nutrition : Rich in Vitamin A & C, it also contains fibre, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6, magnesium and pottasium.
